In the world of Zipangu, humans and robot-like beings known as Karakuri-bito live together. Among them is Musashi, a determined Karakuri-bito who aspires to become the greatest martial artist in the world. Leaving behind his home in Miyamoto Village, he journeys to the capital of Okayamaana, where he becomes a disciple of the famed swordmaster Bokuden. After months of intense training, Musashi embarks on a quest to challenge formidable opponents, eventually reaching Edotopia. There, he discovers that the path to victory is often winding, filled with both friends and adversaries who shape his journey.
