Mahoutsukai no Yakusoku
On a bright night with a full moon, Akira Masaki enters the elevator of her apartment building when a stranger in unusual clothing suddenly appears. The man greets Akira as a "Sage"' and shares his hope that Akira will one day save the world before disappearing. When the elevator doors open, instead of the familiar hallway, Akira finds herself in an unknown world. Here, a giant moon called the Great Calamity descends once a year, bringing great disasters. The last cycle took a heavy toll, and now everyone is looking to Akira, their new Sage, and the mysterious powers they believe she commands. With the daunting task of preparing the world's mages for next year's battle, Akira steps into a beautiful yet terrifying world on the brink of collapse.
